Founded in 2000, Chengdu Bangpu Alloy Materials is engaged in the research, development, production and sales of metal working cutting tools, woodworking carbide inserts and dowel drills.
Our 15,313-square-meter factory is manned by 400 to 500 staff who utilize advanced equipment in production including WAG high-precision grinding machines, OSTWALD CNC press machines, GF AgieCharemilles machines (from Italy), high precision mold 3R systems, spray towers and low-vacuum sintering furnaces. We have a monthly production capacity of 200,000 pieces, making our annual sales volume reach $180 million. Our lead time for delivery is 25 to 45 days.
R&D is very important to us, which is why we invest $3 million in our R&D department every year. We have 30 talented engineers and some of them have a master's degree in metallurgy and have 25 years of experience in the industry. They can develop five new items each month and they use special software systems such as the SAP ERP system.
Our QC team is composed of 20 QC inspectors with 15 years of experience. They ensure that our repair rate never goes higher than 3%. All our products come with a three-year warranty and our running order rate is 80%. We only use the best materials for our products. In fact, some of our materials are sourced from the US.
